Our approach is deeply rooted in authentic mesorah while being thoughtfully oriented toward the needs of today’s world. We view both service to Am Yisrael and productive engagement with society as expressions of Torah values when guided by halacha and daas Torah.
At Yamim Yeshivah Academy we believe that a solid foundation is everything. Therefore, our Torah curriculum emphasizes a practical approach to Judaism with regular gemara and halacha shiurim. Moreover, we believe in the importance of nurturing the two wings of Torah study that allow for the soul to soar; the reverential dimension that comes from the study of classical Mussar works and the passionate love that comes from the corpus of Chassidic works. Most importantly, we are committed to giving our students the tools necessary to be competent in Torah study for the rest of their lives.

Our Values
The Alter Rebbe famously said that one must “live with the times.” As modern Jews in the modern world, we recognize the ever-evolving world around us. Nevertheless, we simultaneously recognize the ever-relevant, timelessness of our holy Torah. At Yamim Yeshivah Academy we believe, on the one hand, that advancements in society can and must be used as supplements to our divine service. On the other hand, we do not believe a changing world should ever lead to a compromise in our precious Torah values. This is the attitude that we aim to pass on to our students through our living example of these ideals. We must engage in the modern world with all its trends and unfolding developments, but we must always look to and use our Torah as our guide and moral compass.
